摘    要:本文通过对2MW风机叶片的载荷进行分析,从合理选材的角度,把改进增强材料的性能作为提高叶片抗弯刚度的主要途径,结合质量设计,给出了材料主要测试数据,通过使用FOCUS软件进行载荷分析、结构静强度分析,对高模量玻璃纤维做为梁帽增强材料的可行性进行了验证,试验结果表明:采用高模量玻璃纤维单向布与普通玻璃纤维相比,梁帽质量降低了21.2%,整个叶片质量降低了8.3%,效果显著.

Abstract:This paper analyzing the 2MW wind blade load and from the view of the materials,regards the ameliorating the reinforced materials characteristic as the mainly approach of increasing the blade stiffness, also integrated with mass design,test data also reported. It also discussed about the feasibility if the high module fabric as the spar cap reinforced materials by the load and static strength analysis in the FOCUS software. The test data indicates that spar cap weight declines about 2t. 2% .blade weight declines about g. 3% ,which is very obvious.
