摘    要:对北疆高酸原油进行了化学萃取-碱中和-电场组合工艺的脱酸处理,评价了脱酸前后原油的腐蚀速率和电脱盐脱水效果.与未脱酸相比,脱酸后原油的腐蚀速率从3.27 mm/a降至0.78mm/a,电脱盐脱水后原油水的质量分数由0.30%降至0.18%,盐的质量浓度由6.5 mg/L降至2.7mg/L;针对塔河重质原油电场处理后含盐高而含水少的特点,优选了一种高分子脱盐剂,用量3%时脱后原油盐的质量浓度由31.1 mg/L降至5.0 mg/L;就揭阳重质原油电场处理后含水高而含盐少的特点,将注水水质或破乳剂pH值调整至酸性后进行电场处理,脱后原油水的质量分数由0.50%降至0.20%.最后,针对上述原油的室内处理效果提出了相应的工业应用建议.

Abstract:Beijiang high - TAN crude oil was treated to remove acids by combination process of chemical extraction, alkali neutralization and electric field treatment. The corrosion rate and desalting and dehydration efficiencies of crude oil after acid removal were evaluated. As compared with the untreated crude oil, the corrosion rate of crude oil after acid and water removal is decreased from 3.27mm/a to 0.78mm/a, the water content is reduced from 0.30% to 0.18 and the salt content is lowered from 6.5mg/1 to 2.7mg/l after the crude oils were treated by the electric field. As Tahe heavy crude oil treated by the electric field is high in salt and low in water, a high -molecule desalting agent was selected. When this agent was added at a dosage of 3.0% , the salt content of crude oil treated by the electric desalting is reduced from 31. 1mgl to 5.0mg/l Based upon the characteristic of higher water and lower salt in Jieyang heavy crude oil treated by the electric field, pH value of the injected water and demulsifier were adjusted below 7.0 before treatment by electric field. After treatment, the water content of the crude oil is decreased from 0.50% to 0.20%. The commercial application recommendations are presented according to the above - mentioned experimental resuks.
