复杂系统理论的城市网格化管理

为了达到厘清和优化城市网格化管理系统的目的，采用复杂系统理论对城市网格化管理系统进行解析，厘清了系统内的各种要素以及系统面临的环境，阐述了系统要素与环境以及要素与要素之间的关系，并构建了系统的整体结构，重点对城市网格化管理的复杂性进行了分析，解释了系统涌现的机理，并从管理主体、体制、机制、信息化、标准化五个方面对西安市莲湖区为例进行了实例分析．

City Grids Management Based on Complex System Theory

In order to clarify and optimize the city grids management system, the city grids management was studied by using the complex system theory, clarifying the various elements in the system and the system environment. The relationships between the elements and environment and between elements were expounded. The system structure was also constructed. The complexity of the city grids management system was analyzed and the mechanism of the system＇s emergence was also explained. Finally, as a case study, the city management of Xi＇ an Lianhu District was analyzed from 5 aspects management agent, system structure, mechanism, informatization and standardization.
