摘    要:短路过渡CO2焊电源的动特性对熔滴过渡有重要的影响,而电源的动特性主要由回路电感所决定。提出了一种双可控电感的方案,理论研究与试验结果证明,该方案可以明显改善晶闸管电源的动特性,达到减少飞溅的目的。

Abstract:The dynamic character of welding power source has important influence on short circuit transfer CO 2 welding which was determined by the output inductor.A method of using double-controlled inductor was put forward in this paper.The oretic analysis and experiment results prove that the SCR welding machine's dynamic character is greatly improved.The spatter is effectively reduced.
