电除尘器气流分布改造模拟试验研究

摘    要:根据环保部与质检总局联合发布的GB 13223-2011火电厂大气污染物排放标准中关于烟气含尘浓度的规定,现有不迭标电除尘器必须进行提效改造.气流分布均匀性是影响电除尘器除尘效率的重要因素之一,气流分布均匀性、气流流向受气流分布装置和烟道结构影响.文章结合国华绥中发电厂一期2×800 MW机组电除尘器的改造过程,对其气流分布装置及烟道结构进行了模拟试验研究,分析、探讨了电除尘器入口和出口的气流分布情况,提出了较为合理的电除尘器气流分布结构改造方案.

Abstract:According to the flue gas dust concentration requirement of "Emission standard of air pollutants for ther- mal power plants" (GB 13223--2011 ) which issued jointly by Ministry of Environmental Protection and AQSIQ,the existing ESPs those pollutant emission were over standard should be transformed to enhance the efficiency. Gas distri- bution is one of the important factors affecting the efficiency of ESP, and gas distribution and air flow were affected by the flue gas distribution devices and flue structures, Combined with the transformation of ESPs of 2 ×800 MW units in Guohua Suizhong Power Plant No. l Project,gas distribution and flue structure were studied with experiments. And inlet and outlet flow distribution of ESP was analyzed and discussed in this paper to put forward a reasonable trans- form scheme for ESP gas distribution structure.
