柠檬酸渣作水泥缓凝剂的研究

摘    要:研究了柠檬酸渣、钢渣掺入量和钢渣比表面积等3个因素对水泥物理化学性能的影响,并探索了柠檬酸渣代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂的可行性。结果表明,柠檬酸渣掺入量为3%,钢渣掺入量为15%,钢渣比表面积为354.6m^2/kg时,水泥的力学性能最佳;柠檬酸渣掺量为4%时,缓凝作用明显。柠檬酸渣与天然石膏的掺量相同时,其早期强度高干掺天然石膏的水泥样品。采用柠檬酸渣配制水泥时,水泥物理力学性能无不利影响,可以代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂。
