| 摘 要： | 介绍了索赔的含义，分析了索赔存在的原因，就现阶段施工企业应如何加强索赔进行了详细阐述，提出了施工企业搞好索赔的具体措施，以帮助施工企业搞好索赔工作，从而使施工企业能适应市场经济的需要，确保企业的合法经济利益不受损害。
