| 摘 要： | 企业中的业务流程是赖以生存的根本,同时也是执行"过程"的知识载体,承载了从一个节点到另一个节点知识信息的传递.企业中流程与知识之间存在着一种相互促进、相互依赖的关系.通过研究流程与知识集成建模的一些现状,将传统的RAD建模方法进行扩展,使得流程中产生的大量知识沉淀为企业的固有文化知识,发挥出知识辅助流程的作用,能使企业获得更大的核心竞争能力和持久的回报.
