湖北襄阳城市水系建设的思考

襄阳作为汉江流域中心城市,进一步保护好、规划好、建设好、管理好城市水系,建设成水秀、景美、天蓝、地绿的宜居宜业宜游城市至关重要。根据"九水润城"的思路,从明确"九水润城"的建设目标与任务、抓好水域生态与水源工程建设、加大"九水"流域水体污染防治力度、多方筹集城市水系建设资金、建立科学的领导和管理体制机制五个方面提出了建设性思考。

Formation of water system in Xiangyang City of Hubei Province

Being one of the key cities in the Hanjiang River Basin, Xiangyang City needs to better off protection, planning, construction and management of its water system, so as to create a livable city with beautiful water and scenery, blue sky and green land. Constructive ideas are raised in terms of five aspects of improving ecosystem of water bodies and water sources, pollution control in ＂nine water systems＂, attracting more funds from multi-channels and implementing a management system with strong leadership and scientific approaches, according to the initiative of ＂nourishing city with nine rivers＂ and defined objectives and tasks.
