| 摘 要： | 水利发展的过程演进产生了贵州城乡水务一体化的实践。破解系列约束难题,必须立足地域特色和区域创新,从特色发展、职能融合、规范程序、提高效率等方面,在省级层面出台规范性文件,制订运营条例和实施细则,构建考核体系等,以制度措施保障贵州城乡水务一体化协调推进。

| Abstract: | Practice of urban-rural water service integration in Guizhou appears in the gradual process of water conservancy development. The solve the series of problems, we must focus on regional characteristics and innovations. From the aspects of characteristics development, function integration, procedure standardization and efficiency improvement, we need to introduce normalized files, formulate detailed operation rules and regulations, construct assessment system and take other actions in order to guarantee coordination development of urban-rural water service integration in Guizhou. |
