| 摘 要： | 在对天津市农村河道综合整治总体情况及初步成效分析的基础上,结合"美丽天津"建设整体要求,提出农村河道水环境治理及长效管理的迫切需求,结合农村河道治理中存在的主要问题和困难,提出了实现农村河道水环境整治和长效管理的机制举措及具体建议。

| Abstract: | It is of urgent needs to improve water environment of river course in rural areas of Tianjin and take long-term management approach according to the requirement of creating ＂a beautiful Tianjin＂, on the basis of reviewing current situation of these river courses and achievements of comprehensive management. Key issues and options for tackling existed problems are examined. Measures and specific suggestions are made to improve water environment and long-term management, which are good references for further improvement of river courses in rural areas of Tianjin Municipality. |
