基于变幅应力作用下零件疲劳寿命估算研究

摘    要:首先对零件的疲劳损伤累积理论作了简要说明,然后主要从疲劳损伤累积理论和能量法理论对零件进行了寿命估算分析,提出了在平面应力下,常用的疲劳寿命估算方法和以总应变能密度为考察对象揭示材料疲劳寿命的方法,接着应用疲劳损伤累积理论对起重机上的起吊钩的疲劳寿命进行了计算,得出了吊钩在有限寿命内其设计是可行的,能够满足要求。最后对如何获得零件的σ-N曲线来求疲劳寿命给出了多种实用方法,以快速对变幅应力作用下的零件疲劳寿命进行估算。

Abstract:The paper simply explain the accumulative total theory of fatigue for parts, analysis the parts fatigue longevity from accumulative total theory of fatigue and energy theory, advance the common fatigue longevity ways in the plane stress and strain energy for the object open out the ways of fatigue longevity. The paper account the fatigue longevity for crane sling, educe the design is viable in the finity longevity. At last the paper advance multi-ways of getting σ- N curve for machine parts fatigue longevity account based on the variable-swing stress.
