| 摘 要： | 基于分布式的远程监控系统，结合目前的视频监控技术的发展现状以及满足新一代的视频监控技术的特点。本文提出了一种在android移动平台上实现高清图像的远程监控终端的方法，同时实现了音视频同步的功能。
