摘    要:首次将生物发酵破壁技术应用于中草药提取。利用药用白腐真菌Lentinu edodes AD发酵甘草后,甘草酸得率较水提法增加5.25%,所得甘草提取物浸膏中甘草酸的相对含量增加24.4%,提取后固体废弃物排放量也显著下降。同时,该技术在甘草废渣的资源利用上具有一定的潜力,发酵甘草废渣后甘草酸得率为21.8 mg/g。通过卷烟加香试验表明,生物提取法得到的甘草浸膏在卷烟中的加香效果强于水提法得到的甘草浸膏。因此,白腐菌生物提取法是一种新型的、具有选择性和环境友好的植物药提取方法。

Abstract:Biological treatment process with medicinal white-rot fungus was first applied in the extraction of Chinese traditional medicine.The extraction ratio of Glycyrrhizic acid increased by 5.25%,the content of Glycyrrhizic acid in the extract extractum increased by 24.4% and the solid waste decrease significantly after Radix Glycyrrliza was bio-extracted by Lentinu edodes AD in comparison with water extraction.Biological extraction shows also the potential in the extraction of Radix Glycyrrliza residue.The extraction ratio of Glycyrrhizic acid was 21.8 mg/g after the residue was bio-extracted.The flavored cigarettes including extract extractum of different concentrations were evaluated.The results showed that biological extraction improved the effect of cigarette flavoring.Thus,biological extraction process with white-rot fungi was a novel selective environment-friendly technology for the extraction of Chinese traditional medicine.
