摘    要:本实验以高岭土为粘结剂,石英为骨料,碳酸钙为发泡剂,制备轻质多孔陶瓷材料。通过电子显微镜(SEM)观察,表明烧结体内部含有大量不规则气孔,气孔形态及数量主要受烧成温度影响。材料气孔率,吸水率,体积密度和抗压强度因成型压力,烧成制度的不同而表现出不同的变化规律。所制得的多孔陶瓷的基本性能为:气孔率45.97%~64.82%.吸水率41.03%~68.31%,体积密度0.982~1.331g/cm^3,抗压强度为5.74~8.89MPa。

Abstract:In this work, the light porous ceramics were fabricated by using kaolinite,quurtz and calcium carbonate, SEM and XRD were performed to study the product, the results showed that lots of holes could be found in the ceramic bodies, and the fixing temperature was the most important factor effectlng the properties of preducts.The porosity, water absoprtion, apparent density and compressive strength varied greatly according to procedure parameter. The results also indicated that the porosity of ceramics was from 45.97% to 64.82%. the water absorption was from 41.03% to 68.31%, the density was from 0.982g/cm^3 to 1,33 1g/cm^3, the compressive strength was from .5.74MPa to 8.89MPa, respectively.
