| 摘 要： | 探讨瓶级聚酯切片乙醛含量高的原因和采取的对策。主要原因有原料切片尺寸过大、反应时间不足、系统中乙醛的积累。降低醛含量的方法主要是减少大尺寸切片,降低系统中乙醛的积累,降低瓶级切片母片中的醛含量等,使平均的w(乙醛)从1.26×10-6降至1.08×10-6。

Control of acetaldehyde content in bottle grade polyester |

| Abstract: | The reasons and countermeasures for the high acetaldehyde content in the bottle grade polyester chips are discussed.The main reasons are the over length of material chip in size and shape,inadequate in SSP residence time, the accumulation of acetadehyde in the system.The methods to solve the problem are reducing the quantity of over length PET chip,avoiding the accumulation of acetaldehyde in the system,controlling the acetaldehyde content in the mother PET chip so that the average mass fraction of acetaldehyde can be reduced from 1.26×10-6 to 1.08 ×10-6. |
