运用数值模拟技术预测喷油泵座铸件缩孔缩松缺陷

摘    要:运用微型计算机和数值模拟技术,模拟了喷油泵座等球墨铸铁件的不同工艺方案的凝固过程,并模拟测度子型砂退让性值对铸件缩孔缩松的影响。实验结果和生产表明,该技术能准确模拟铸件的缩孔缩松缺陷,为铸工艺优化提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:The solidification process of the spray-oil pump seat castings under the conditions of different technological designs has been simulated using microcomputer and numerical simulation technique,and some technology parameters influencing the quality of the casting are simulated and tested.The results of the simulation indicated that the technology can simulate accurately the location of shrinkage defects,which provides a scientific basis for optimizing technology of casting.
