基于ANSYS的挤搓式玉米脱粒行为力学特性研究

摘    要:针对挤搓式玉米脱粒机在实际使用中玉米籽粒受力情况,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其单个籽粒、多个籽粒相互支撑时按照顶面受载、腹面受载和侧面受载等情况进行分析.结果表明:采用腹面加载和侧面加载的组合加载方式有利于挤搓式脱粒行为的完成.在保证完成脱粒的情况下,支撑籽粒数目对于顶面加载影响较小,而腹面和侧面加载影响较大.

Abstract:For the maize grain stress distribution in actual use of extruding-rubbing type corn thresher, the ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to study the single grain, multi-grain supporting condition with the top loading, ventral loading ami side loading. The results show that the combination of ventral loading and side loading is beneficial to extruding-rubbing type thresher. The number of supporting grain is much important for ventral loading and side loading than top loading. It provides technical guidance and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of corn thresher.
