基于无损探伤机械车关键技术的研究

摘    要:针对目前国内各种型号钢板板材的超声无损检测仪器,有些自动化程度不高,只能进行抽样检测漏检范围较大;有些应用条件地点比较固定、人员成本相对较高,本文通过提出一种能够自行走的机械车,携带对行走状态实时做出反应的传感器,同时搭载研发出的一种基于FPGA和单片机的高速度数据采集卡进行超声探伤。该系统能够对各种形状的钢板进行现场条件下的检测,一次性快速便捷的完成对整张钢板的检测,在保证了检测效率和精度的同时,降低了检测成本和人员的时间。本文讲述了该机械车的关键技术以及高速数据采集卡的整体框图,并对系统的精度和应用范围进行了计算,最终该系统满足相关要求。

Abstract:According to the modern testing method in the field of ultrasonic testing on metal,this paper puts forward a new system,which can save lots of energy and at the same time and improve the efficiency of testing metal.An automatic car is designed that can adjust itself according to the change of environment and self-system.This system brings with a data acquisition card that contains programmable gain amplifier circuit,A/D converter acquisition circuit,MCU and FPGA.In the data acquisition card,C8051F023 1] that designed with C51 language,which is mainly used to control the gain of amplifier circuit,the operation of read and write the storage of acquisition data,the communication interface,and the pre-analysis of data.
