虚拟企业中合作伙伴选择的研究

合作伙伴的正确选择是虚拟企业成功运作的关键因素之一，而要保证合作伙伴选择过程中决策的正确性，就必须采用合理的合作伙伴评价指标体系，并选用合理恰当的方法进行优化决策。在深入分析合作伙伴选择的一般原则和四个主要因素的基础上建立了合作伙伴多层次综合评价指标体系，并运用模糊数学AHP方法进行优化决策，最后给出实例予以验证。

Study on the method of partner choice in virtual enterprises

One of the key factors of virtual enterprise's success is that the dominant enterprise canmake correct decision in the course of choosing cooperative partner. Thus, there must be areasonable evaluation architecture and appropriate optimization decision method. The gen-eral principle and four main factors of partner choice of virtual enterprise has been ana-lyzed deeply, and the evaluation architecture of partner choice of enterprise has beenestablished. A fuzzy method, AHP, as an optimization decision method of partner choicehas been put forwards with an example as the illustration.
