摘    要:摇臂零件的弯曲扭断是ZL15轮式装载机工作装置的常见故障之一.采用传统的类比方法进行装载机结构设计往往带有局限性.通过对装载机摇臂零件不同工况下的受力分析研究,建立最危险工况下的结构有限元模型,通过有限元分析计算,设计人员在设计阶段就能清晰地了解零件每一点的应力、应变、位移及构件的稳定性与动态特性,发现其设计的薄弱环节,同时可方便地对零件结构作反复的修改,以减小其应力集中区,从而提高摇臂零件的工作强度,改善装载机工作装置的综合性能,达到优化设计的目的.

Abstract:The bending twisting of press rocker (arm) parts is one of tile common faults of ZLI5 wheel loader working device. The analogy method adopted in the traditional structure design of load- er is often with limitations. A finite element model of the loader arm structure under the most dan- gerous working condition was established through an analysis of the forces acting on the loader arm parts under different working conditions. The stress, strain and displacement of every bit of the parts, the stability and the dynamic characteristics of the components could be determined by calcu- lation in the design stage via the finite element model. The weak part of the design can be easily de- termined and the structure can be modified to reduce the stress concentration zone to improve the work strength of the arm parts, the comprehensive performance of the working device of loader and to achieve an optimal design.
