强力抗磨局部复合材料制备及性能

摘    要:根据常用耐磨材料在磨损工况中的损伤特点,总结出用于这类工况材料应具备的微观组织及各组相的性能特点。应用复合材料设计原理和铸造技术相结合,制备出用于磨损工况的强力抗磨局部复合材料。经实验室及实际运行表明。所研制的复合材料在磨损工况中的使用寿命明显高于常用高铬铸铁。

Abstract:On the basis of the damage characteristics of common wear -resistant materials working in wear-off conditions,the microstructures which these materials should have and the property characteris-tics of every phases were summed up.By applying design principle of composite and combining it withfoundry technique,a kind of local strong anti-abrasive composite for the wear-off conditions was pre-pared.The lab test and running in practical working condition showed that the working life of the de-veloped composite was obviously longer than that of common hi-Cr cast iron.
