摘    要:介绍了连铸浸入式水口快速更换技术的优越性、工作原理及应用情况。该技术具有延长中间包寿命、提高钢水收得率、减少耐材消耗、稳定生产组织等优点。达到了降低成本增加效益的目的。

Abstract:This paper introduces advantages,theory of work and applied conditions of the technology about the quick replacement of the submergd entry nozzle for continuous casting. This technology has the advantages of extending life of the tundish, improving the yield of liquid steel, reducing the consumption of refractory and stabilizing the production organization, etc. Having reached reducing the cost and improving the efficiencies.
