| 摘 要： | 网络技术和XML技术的突飞猛进，使XML数据库的应用得到了很大提高。文中从网络化CAPP系统的需求出发，首先介绍了XML数据库的概念和分类，并结合在系统中的实际应用，分析使用它的优势。然后详述了在网络化CAPP中，如何对XML数据库进行模式设计，包括它的简单概念模型、数据库操作系统以及存储等技术问题。
