摘    要:汽车转向性能的优劣直接决定汽车驾驶的安全性,是影响汽车主动安全的重要因素。为了提高汽车在不同工况转向时的操纵动力学性能,以轻型货车为载体,利用模糊自适应PID控制策略参数自适应调整的优势,制定模糊自适应PID控制策略,在EPS系统基本的助力模式下展开研究,通过结合Carsim和Matlab/simulink建立的整车联合模型进行仿真,并和传统PID控制策略对比分析。结果表明:汽车行驶在不同的工况时,模糊自适应PID控制策略不仅能够满足在助力模式下转向的轻便性,还通过自身的参数自调整,比常规PID控制策略具有更快的响应速度和较小的超调量,系统的性能提高。研究的控制策略能够实现更好的控制效果,对轻型货车电动助力转向系统控制器的开发具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Vehicle steering performance directly determines the safety of driving,which is an important factor affecting the active safety of vehicles.In order to improve the dynamic performance of vehicle steering under different working conditions,a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy was formulated based on the advantages of self-adaptive adjustment of parameters of the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy.The research was carried out under the basic boost mode of EPS system.The vehicle joint model established with Carsim and Matlab/simulink was simulated and the contrastive analysis of control strategies was carried out with the traditional PID control strategy.The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy can not only satisfy the convenience of steering in the boost mode,but also adjust its parameters by itself.It has faster response speed and smaller overshoot than the conventional PID control strategy,and improves the system performance.The control strategy studied can achieve better control effect,which is of great significance to the development of the controller of the electric power steering system for light trucks.
