摘    要:研究了不同材料在高温下对喷射混凝土保水性能和力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:在相同掺量条件下,掺入羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、抗侵蚀抑制剂以及纳米二氧化硅后混凝土的保水率相对于空白组分别增加了5.8%、10.5%和15.8%.使用抗侵蚀抑制剂后,混凝土热养护下抗压强度为32.4 MPa,相对于基准组增加了19.9%,同时对混凝土...

Study on Effect of Anti-Erosion Inhibitors on the Properties of Shotcrete at High Temperature
Abstract:The effects of different materials on the water retention and mechanical properties of shotcrete under high temperature were studied.The test results show that:under the same dosage condition,the water retention rate of concrete increased by 5.8%,10.5%and 15.8%respectively,while adding HPMC,anti-erosion inhibitor and nano silica.The compressive strength of concrete under thermal curing is 32.4 MPa,which is an increase of 19.9%compared to the benchmark group,after the use of anti-erosion inhibitor,whose lifting effect of concrete bond strength is the largest obvious.At the same time,the bond strength of 7 d and 28 d was equivalent to the increase of 53.1%and 65.6%respectively in the reference group.In addition,the lifting effect of using silica sol is second,and the lifting effect of using thickener is the least obvious.The results prove that the anti-erosion inhibitor,can be used as water retaining material in concrete structures under high temperature environments to improve the mechanical properties of concrete.
