基于DPSIR模型的小流域山洪灾害风险评价

摘    要:精准有效评价山洪灾害对山洪灾害防治有重要意义。将DPSIR模型与山洪灾害风险评价相结合,重新定义模型中各指标,重新设定模型内部关系,得到契合山洪灾害特性的DPSIR模型,从而基于该模型选取指标、构建因子度和风险度计算模型,形成了一套完整的山洪灾害风险评价理论方法,并以山洪灾害频发的日照市五莲县为例对该方法进行验证。结果表明,该方法可定量分析不同小流域山洪灾害风险程度和差异性,发现山洪灾害薄弱点及重要影响因素,可应用于山洪灾害防治工作中。

Abstract:Accurate and effective evaluation of mountain flood disaster is of great significance to prevention and control of mountain flood disaster.Combined the DPSIR model with the mountain torrent disaster risk assessment,this paper redefined the model's indexes and reset the internal relationship of the model to get the DPSIR model corresponding to the mountain torrent disaster characteristic.Based on the DPSIR model,choosing the index,building the model to calculate the factor and risk degree,thus a set of mountain torrent disaster risk evaluation theory was established.The Wulian County in Rizhao City were taken as the research object to verify the method.The results show that this method can quantitatively analyze the risk degree and difference of mountain flood disaster in different small watershed,and find out the weak points and important influencing factors of mountain flood disaster,which can be applied to prevention and control of mountain flood disaster.
