基于泛在电力物联网的水电厂作业危险源辨识系统研究

摘    要:针对水电厂生产作业过程中人为差错和违章导致的人身伤害事件,提出了一种基于泛在电力物联网的危险源辨识系统,该系统基于HFACS模型配置全景相机、传感器、RFID电子标签等技术,采集水电厂作业时的危险源数据,数据在物联网云平台中与历史数据比较,根据比较结果构建出作业的危险源类型和风险评估值,利用虚拟现实技术,立体展示评估后的危险源演变为危害的场景。作业中利用可穿戴的装有传感器的工作马甲对过程实时监测,警示现场风险,增强作业者对危险源的感知能力和辨识能力,并将该系统应用于水电厂检修作业中。结果表明,该系统使得辨识结果更为全面与准确,减少了作业风险的发生。

Abstract:In order to protect the safety of personnel during the operation of hydropower plant,a hazard source identification system based on the internet of things in electricity is proposed.Based on the HFACS model,the system uses panoramic cameras,sensors,RFID electronic label and other technologies to collect hazard source data during hydropower plant operations.The hazard source data are compared with the historical data in the IoT cloud platform to build the hazard source type and risk assessment value.The virtual reality technology is used to display the scenes where hazards evolve into corresponding hurt.The working waistcoat equipped with sensors monitors and alerts on the site risks during the operation,enhancing the hazard awareness and identification ability of the operator.The system has been applied to maintenance of hydropower station.It shows that the system makes the identification results more accurately,and reduces occurrence of operation risk.
