摘    要:常规的水电机组振动区划分通常依赖于稳定性试验,只能获取机组在有限水头下的稳定性表现,且其振动区划分未考虑尾水位变化带来的影响,划分结果缺乏全面性。为此,分析挖掘水电机组海量状态监测数据,提出考虑尾水位影响的三维振动区划分方法,基于机组实测状态监测数据,利用BP-Garson算法分析振动敏感性工况参数,选择尾水位作为第三维坐标,以负荷—水头—尾水位坐标进行振动区立体划分。实际应用结果表明,该方法可提高振动区划分的准确度,与常规的划分方法相比具有优越性,对尾水位变动较大电站的运行具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:The conventional division of the vibration region of hydropower unit usually depends on the stability test.It can only obtain the stability performance of the unit under several limited water head,and the division of the vibration region does not consider the impact of changes of the downstream water level.The division map lacks comprehensiveness.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the massive state monitoring data of hydropower units,and proposes a three-dimensional vibration region division method considering the influence of the downstream water level.Furthermore,based on the unit's state monitoring data,the BP-Garson algorithm was used to analyze the vibration-sensitive working condition parameters,and the downstream water level was selected as the third-dimensional coordinate.The three-dimensional division of the vibration region was performed using the load-head-downstream water level coordinates.The practical operation shows shat the new method can improve the accuracy of the vibration region division,and it is superior to the conventional method,which has important guiding significance for the operation of power stations with large fluctuations of downstream water level.
