摘    要:富钴结壳是海洋中最具潜在经济价值的矿产类型之一,其加工技术研究一直是深海资源开发技术发展的热点。富钴结壳矿石以铁锰水合氧化物为主,锰、钴、铁主要赋存在结壳矿物的铁锰水合氧化物中,而富钴结壳中的基岩脉石因站位不同而有所不同,致使适宜富钴结壳选矿的方案也有所不同。现根据太平洋某站位富钴结壳矿石的矿物组成特点,对其进行了强磁选、重选-强磁选和浮选三个方案的试验研究,在试验的基础上确定了各方案处理该富钴结壳矿石相应的最佳试验参数。在对三方案试验指标和优缺点对比分析的基础上,提出了采用强磁选处理该站位富钴结壳矿石的选矿回收方案建议。

Experimental Research on Beneficiation of a Certain Oceanic Cobalt-Rich Crust

Abstract:Cobalt-rich crusts are one of the mineral types with the most potential economic value in the ocean.Research on its processing technology has always been a hot spot in the development of deep-sea resource development technologies.Cobalt-rich crust ore is dominated by iron-manganese hydrated oxides, manganese, cobalt, and iron are mainly contained in iron-manganese hydrated oxides of crust minerals, The bedrock gangues in the cobalt rich crust are different due to different stations, which leads to different schemes suitable for beneficiation of the cobalt rich crust. According to the mineral composition characteristics of cobalt-rich crust ore in a certain station in the Pacific Ocean, three schemes of high-intensity magnetic separation, gravity separation-high-intensity magnetic separation and flotation have been studied. On the basis of the experiments, the corresponding optimal test parameters for each scheme to treat the cobalt rich crust ore have been determined. Based on the comparative analysis of the test indexes and advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes, a proposal for the beneficiation and recovery of cobalt-rich crust ore at this site using high-intensity magnetic separation is proposed.
