Abstract:Under the Cellular Vehicle-to-everything(C-V2 X)underlay mode,Cellular Users(C-UEs)and Vehicular Users(V-UEs)share the uplink spectrum and cause complex co-channel interference.To solve the problem and determine the transmission priority of users with different ProSe Per-Packet Priority(PPPP),this paper proposes a new Radio Resource Management(RRM)algorithm which ensures the communication reliability of V-UEs and C-UEs and maximizes the information value for all users.The algorithm introduces the concept of subuser to decompose the RRM problem into two sub-problems,power allocation and frequency resource selection.Based on the power allocation results,the heuristic algorithm is used to implement frequency resource selection with low complexity,and the frequency selection result is reallocated to obtain the final transmit power.Simulation results show that compared with the orthogonal allocation algorithm,the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the information value of all users and ensure system reliability.
