摘    要:为提升大缸径船用柴油机曲轴圆角疲劳安全系数,以现有某机型曲轴系模型为基础,利用AVl-PU软件对该机型曲轴圆角疲劳安全系数进行仿真计算,其疲劳安全系数仅为0.974,不满足大于1.05的许用限值要求;基于现有计算结果,优化曲轴复合圆角结构,设计不同的复合圆角方案,并进行仿真对比计算.结果 表明:优化后圆角最小疲劳安全系...

Abstract:In order to improve the safety factor of crankshaft fillet fatigue of large cylinder diameter marine diesel engine,the crankshaft system model is built and AVL-PU software is used for fatigue calculation.It shows that the fatigue safety coefficient is only 0.974,which can not meet the required value 1.05.Based on the existing calculation results,the optimized structure of the crankshaft fillet is proposed,different compound fillet projects are designed,and the simulation and comparison calculation are carried out.The results show that the minimum fatigue safety factor of the optimized compound fillet is 1.064,which meets the required value.
