摘    要:为实现水电站厂房的整体运行状态安全监测.解决多通道振源耦合及单通道测量范围有限等问题,以去学水电站厂房振动响应为例,基于多通道加权多尺度排列熵(MWMPE)算法对不同工况下的多通道振动数.据进行信息融合,再分析融合后的熵值曲线是否与实际运行工况一致,最后利用熵值曲线分析结构整体的运行状态。结果表明,MWMPE避免了跨通道信号的丢失、放大了局部波动,信息量更丰富,适宜于处理多测点非线性、非平稳信号;MWMPE算法可更全面地监测水电站厂房结构整体的运行状态。MWMPE算法的提出为水工结构的整体安全监测提供了新思路,为水工结构的安全诊断及后期运行管理提供了理论依据和应用基础。

Abstract:In order to realize the monitoring of the overall operation state of the hydropower plant structure,and solve the problems of multi-channel vibration source coupling and the limited measurement range of single channel,this paper takes the vibration response of powerhouse in Quxue hydropower plant as the research object.The multi-channel weighted multi-scale permutation entropy(MWMPE) was proposed to carry out the operation state of the hydropower plant structure safety monitoring.Firstly,the multi-channel vibration data under different working conditions were fused based on MWMPE.Secondly,the entropy curve after fusion was analyzed whether it was consistent with the actual operating conditions.Finally,the entropy curve was used to analyze the overall operating status of the structure.The results show that the MWMPE avoids the loss of cross channel signals,enlarges local fluctuations,and has more abundant information,which is suitable for processing non-linear and non-stationary signals of multiple measuring points.The MWMPE can monitor the overall operation status of the hydropower station structure more comprehensively.The MWMPE provides a new idea for the overall safety monitoring of the hydropower plant,as well as a theoretical and application basis for the safety diagnosis and later operation management of the structure.
