| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of salvianolic acids(SA)and the metabolites on ADP-induced platelet aggregation for the development of antithrombotic drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity.Methods Arterial plasma was collected from healthy male SD rats.Taking Ticagrelor as positive control,the in vitro role of salvianolic acids on ADP-induced platelet aggregation was examined by turbidimetry and the results were expressed by IC50.Results Salvianolic acids displayed moderate inhibitory effect on ADP-induced platelet aggregation with IC50 values ranging from 0.3 to 0.9 mmol/L.Conclusion Salvianolic acids have gentle inhibitory effect on ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro,indicating superior research value. |
