| 摘 要： | 基于QuEChERS快速前处理方法,建立了一种由高效液相色谱-串联质谱法准确测定儿童奶酪中三聚氰胺的快速检测方法.试验结果表明,用该方法检测三聚氰胺,在20 ng/mL～200 ng/mL范围内,三聚氰胺质量浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.999 1,方法定量限为20μg/kg.添加水平为100μg/k...

| Abstract: | A rapid method for the determination of melamine in children's cheese by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed based on the QuEChERS rapid pretreatment method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between melamine concentration and peak area in the range of 20 ng/mL~200 ng/mL.The correlation coefficient R2 was0.9991 and the limit of quantification was 20μg/kg.The recoveries of cheese samples with 100μg/kg were 80.6%~91.2%and the relative standard deviations were less than 10%(n=6). |
