Abstract:Objective To extract the Amomum villosum leaf oil and analyze its chemical composition.Methods The effect of soaking time,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate was studied and the chemical composition of the oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the soaking time was 1 h,the extraction temperature was 200℃,and the extraction time was 5 h.The optimum extraction process was verified by three-batch extraction,and the average extraction rate of the Amomum villosum leaf oil was 1.18‰.42 chemical components of the oil were identified by means of separation and analysis.Among them,3,7,7-trimethyl-1,3,5-cycloheptene,β-pinene,β-caryophyllene,linalyl acetate and trans-Z-α-bisabolene were identified.The contents of the main 5 kinds of chemical components were high,accounting for 59.6%of the total amount of the oil.Conclusion The research can provide a reference for further research on Amomum villosum leaf oil.
