摘    要:基于电磁热力多物理场耦合,采用fish语言编写耦合程序将有限元和离散元相结合,建立了多颗粒黄铁矿矿石数值计算模型,对微波照射下不同黄铁矿含量的矿石的内部电场和功率密度,温度,裂纹的萌生和发展以及矿石块体的强度变化四个方面进行了研究。结果显示,不同黄铁矿含量的矿石由上至下内部电场强度和功率密度逐渐增大、温度逐渐升高,裂纹由下部萌生并向上部发展,强度随黄铁矿含量的增加而降低;黄铁矿含量越大,其最大电场强度和最大功率密度越小、最高温度越低、裂纹的数量越多、强度变化幅度越小;黄铁矿含量过少或过多均可使矿石升温速率放缓;黄铁矿含量为3%、5%、8%和10%的矿石最佳照射时间为30s,黄铁矿含量为12%和15%的矿石最佳照射时间为20s。

Abstract:Based on the electromagnetic thermal physical field coupling, coupling program written using fish language combining finite element discrete element, more granular pyrite ore numerical calculation model is established, under microwave irradiation with different contents of pyrite ore internal electric field and power density, temperature, the crack initiation and development, and changes the strength of the ore block four aspects are studied. The results show that the electric field intensity and power density of the ore with different pyrite content increase gradually from top to bottom, while the temperature increases gradually from top to bottom. The crack starts from the bottom and develops upward. The strength decreases with the increase of the pyrite content. The higher the content of pyrite, the smaller the maximum electric field intensity and power density, the lower the maximum temperature, the more the number of cracks and the smaller the intensity variation range. Too little or too much pyrite content can slow down the ore heating rate. The best irradiation time of the ore with pyrite content of 3%, 5%, 8% and 10% is 30s, and the best irradiation time of the ore with pyrite content of 12% and 15% is 20s.
