摘    要:针对四川省某细鳞片石墨矿,开展矿石性质研究,发现矿石中石墨含量为12.50%,其中+100目鳞片石墨仅占20.38%,石墨多呈条带状分布且层间夹杂有黑云母、石英等脉石矿物,不利于石墨单体解离与选矿富集。通过浮选磨矿细度、药剂用量、中矿处理及流程试验研究,确定原矿经过一段粗磨一段粗选、两段扫选、粗精矿经过七段再磨八段精选、中矿分批集中返回的工艺流程,最终获得石墨精矿固定碳品位91.10%、回收率92.01%。研究结果为细鳞片石墨矿的开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:A Study on the ore properties of a fine flake graphite ore in Sichuan Province shows that the graphite content in the ore is 12.50%, of which + 100 mesh flake graphite accounts for only 20.38%. The graphite is mostly distributed in strips, and gangue minerals such as biotite and quartz are mixed between layers, which is not conducive to the dissociation and beneficiation enrichment of graphite monomers. Through the flotation grinding fineness, reagent dosage, middling treatment and process test, the process flow of raw ore through once rough grinding, once rough separation, two times scavenging, seven times regrinding and eight times concentration and centralized return of middling in batches is determined. Finally, the fixed carbon grade of graphite concentrate is 91.10% and the recovery is 92.01%. The results of the study provide a reference for the development and utilization of fine flake graphite ore
