摘    要:对D114柴油机缸体、缸盖铸件冶金质量进行了分析。采用合理的熔炼工艺、选择合适的碳当量及孕育方法是提高冶金质量的先决条件。为减少微量元素对铸件质量的不利影响应用加强对炉料的控制。采用冲天炉感应炉双联熔炼能提高孕育效果。加入少量锡能有效地稳定缸盖的珠光体。

Abstract:The metallurgical quality of cylinder block and head of D114 diesel engine was analyzed. Adopting rational melting process and proper carbon equivalent as well as inoculation process is the precondition to improve the metallurgical quality of castings. In order to reduce the harmful effect of trace elements on casting quality, it is necessary to intensify control over the charge materials. The eupola-induetion furnace duplex melting process can be used to increase the inoculation effect. It is can be realized by adding little amount of tin to effectively stabilize pearlite structure of cylinder head castings.
