| Abstract: | Cultivation of young teachers in vocational colleges is very important for the development of vocational college education in our country.It is also a significant factor of improving qualities of vocational college students,and it is directly related to the sustainable development of vocational college education in our country.Combining the status of young teachers in vocational colleges,this article elaborates systematically the problems and solutions of training for young teachers in vocational colleges. |
