放大步幅的精密二维进给机构研究

摘    要:放大步幅的二维进给机构是通过利用杠杆放大原理和双层嵌套式结构,设计柔性铰链结构加大2个方向压电陶瓷的行程范围、扩大进给的步幅,同时更好地减小响应时间.要达到这种要求需要合理地选择放大杠杆,对整体结构进行优化设计.

Abstract:Step-magnifying mechanism of planar micro-positioner has been presented through using a level enlarging mechanism and a double-nesting structure to design a flexible hinge structure for enlarging the displacement range of piezoelectric ceramics on two directions and feeding step length,and at the same time reducing the response time.To do so,it is necessary to choose the enlarging lever reasonably and optimize the design of the overall structure.
