| 摘 要： | 文章主要通过实验研究了钢中加钙后夹杂物的各种和变化.研究结果表明:80t钢包喂200mCa-Si丝后,钢中硫化物,Al2O3几乎全部变成球状,而且经Ca-Si处理后,钢中的平均脱硫率为25.25%.钢的洁净度有一定的提高.

| Abstract: | This paper is mainly concerned with the all changes in the inclusions during the Ca-Si alloys addition to the molten steel. The study results show that sulphide and Al 2O 3 inclusions in the steel are transformed into globular shapes after 200m Ca-Si wire feeding in the 80t ladle. By the Ca-Si wire feeding, the average desulphurization rate is 25.25%. After the Ca-Si treatment, the purity of the steel is improved to some extent also. |
