摘    要:邯钢连铸连轧厂在CSP薄板坯连铸机生产过程中通过优化钢水净化及保护浇注工艺,有效地防止了钢水的二次氧化,促进了夹杂物的上浮排除,进一步提高了钢水及铸坯质量。实现CSP连铸机长周期稳定、高效化生产。

Abstract:During the production of CSP strip CCM,by optimizing molten steel purification and protecting casting technology,the reoxidation of the molten steel was prevented successfully in Han Steel CC plant;the exclusion of floating was promoted to further improve the quality of molten steel and slab.The long period stability of CSP CCM and high efficient production have already been achieved.
