静态轻压下技术在轴承钢生产中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了静态轻压下技术在轴承钢大方坯连铸机上的应用情况,分别对未使用轻压下和使用轻压下的铸坯的中心疏松和中心碳偏析情况进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用轻压下技术后,铸坯的中心疏松级别由原来的2.0~2.5级降低为1.0~1.5级,V型偏析和中心缩孔有所改善,铸坯的中心平均碳偏析指数由1.17~1.26降低为1.07~1.13。

Abstract:Application of static soft reduction to bloom caster of bearing steel is introduced,and analysis is conducted on difference of center porosity and center segregation between with and without soft reduction.The following results were obtained:using soft reduction technology can decrease the grade of center porosity from 2.0-2.5 to 1.0-1.5,improve the V-shape segregation and center shrinkage cavity,and also decrease center average carbon segregation index of the bloom from 1.17-1.26 to 1.07-1.13.
