摘    要:根据某钢厂实际连铸中间包的操作工艺参数,采用数值模拟的手段研究了中间包内钢液的流动模式,通过模拟中间包内钢液瞬态流动,来获取RTD-C曲线,进而计算关键参数值(活塞区体积分数、死区体积分数等)。运用正交试验设计分析了影响中间包内钢液流动的几种因素。合理的堰坝组合能够改善中间包内钢液流动状况,促进夹杂物上浮,降低死区体积分数。试验研究结果表明,控流装置的应用能很好地改善中间包内钢液流动;其中9号堰坝组合方案的中间包内钢液流动模式较合理,死区体积分数明显下降,钢液混合更为均匀。
