高效板坯连铸结晶器技术

摘    要:为了实现唐钢1700板坯连铸机尽快减少漏钢生产事故,达产达效,主要从优化结晶器铜板及镀层材质,优化结晶器内钢水的流场和温度场,优化结晶器振动系统等方面开展工作,最终在质量改善的前提下,实现了拉速由1.6m/min提高到1.9m/min,机时产量提高达18%。

Abstract:Material of mould,flow field of molten steel and temperature field in mould,and vibration system have been optimized to minimize breakout accident of 1700 slab continuous casting machine in Tangsteel and at the same time achieve productivity.As the result,casting speed increased from 1.6 m/min to 1.9 m/min,and output of a single machine has increased more than 18%.
