摘    要:对DANIELI连铸机投产初期出现的表面大纵裂进行了数据统计及分析,提出了LF精炼工艺、保护渣、浸入式水口浸入深度(下称SEN)、二冷配水等方面的改进措施,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:The surface longitudinal crack occurring in production was counted and analyzed at the beginning of producing DANIELI continuous caster.The improving measures of LF refining process,mould power,second cooling water,SEN immerse depth and slag were put forward,and significent results have been achieved.
