电力公司的基本服务及增值服务

摘    要:电力增值服务是指根据用电客户需要,为客户提供的超出标准化服务范围的服务,以客户为中心、以提高客户满意度和价值增长为目标,为客户提供安全可靠的电力供应和真诚规范的服务,持续为客户创造价值,同时给电网公司带来短期或长期的利益,从而实现用电客户和电网公司的双赢的局面。阐述了电力公司五大服务的定义和特征,对比分析了基本服务和增值服务的价值影响,并就增值服务的范围进行了分析,从而给电力公司以提供更好的增值服务模式。

Abstract:Eleetricity eonsumption value-added service is defined according to customer needs, providing customers with a range of services beyond the standardized services. It's customer- eentric in order to intprove customer satisfaction and value growth. Also it provides customers with safe and reliable electricity supply and sincere and standardized service, and eonti,ming to create val- ue for customers, while giving short-term or long-term benefits to power grid companies, and at the same time to achieve customers and power company's win-win situation. This paper describes the power company five service definition and characteristics, then compares and analyzes the basic services and value added services affected. Also the range of value-added services is analyzed, in order to provide power companies better value-added serviee model.
