| 摘 要： | 石墨电极的使用寿命在一定程度上决定了硬锌真空蒸馏炉的生产能力和生产成本，文章对真空炉使用的石墨电极损耗的原因进行了分析，结合生产实际，提出降低石墨电极损耗的措施，收到良好效果。

| Abstract: | The production capacity and production cost of the vacuum distilling furnace for handling hard zinc are decided by the service life of graphite electrodes to some extent.This paper analyzed the causes of the wearing of graphite electrodes used in the vacuum furnace,proposed measures for reducing the wearing of graphite electrodes and excellent results was obtained. |
