预硬化热处理炉的设计

摘    要:以模具钢热处理炉设计为背景,在采用国外先进集散控制系统结构的基础上,针对温度控制问题,一方面通过采用脉冲燃烧方案提高燃烧效率和温度场的均匀性;另一方面,针对不同的退火阶段设计了前馈模型,结合PID算法有效提高了温度控制精度,满足预硬化热处理的要求。

Abstract:A DCS structure based automatic control system was designed for Car_type annealing furnace process, in which the advanced foreign DCS products were adopted. Two methods were used to improved annealing quality, one was pulse-burning technology which could improve burning efficiency and make an uniformed temperature pattern, another was a feed-forward model combined with PID controller applied for different annealing stage. The application result showed the high accuracy control of temperature, uniform temperature pattern of bloom and the excellent annealing quality. It will meet requirements of prehardening treatment.
